Cops in Clearwater cited ultimate Phillies fan Sonny Forriest Jr. for “loud and raucous noise.” You may not recognize his name, but local Phillies fans know Forriest, who roams the city in his wheelchair—and we don’t call it “noise,” just good, old-fashioned team spirit!
