She’s In There!

Thanks to her faithful fans, erstwhile Philadelphian Lelia Broussard has made it into round two of Rolling Stone’s cover contest, as the field was whittled down from 16 singers/bands to eight. (She’s listed as being from L.A. on the contest website, but we saw her way back when she was playing the Tin Angel and Steel City and World Café Live.)
