An accessories-focused boutique opens in King of Prussia

Coco & Lolly comes to KOP adhering to the new retail philosophy that customers no longer shop for massive, sweeping wardrobes once a season, but rather pick up a cute little something here and there. While this affordable, upbeat store (which now has five national locations) is first and foremost an accessories boutique — a perky cross-body mini-bag is $24; a faux fur collar is $78; a Lucite necklace is $128; an infinity scarf is $20 — it really strives to have something for any occasion: There’s a “Workday” section with basic cardigans, a “Weekend” section with sparkly tees, and a “Date Night” section with faux fur vests. And just in case, you’ll find giftable items like books, candles and stationery. The Plaza at King of Prussia, 610-337-3013, cocoandlolly.com.

Also Just Opened: Positive changes abound at Eagle Village, the iconic Wayne shopping center (beginning with eliminating the, ahem, “Spread” from the name). New boutiques have opened, including the second location of ViVi G — an on-trend shoe store (vivigshoes.com) — and Skirtin’ Around, which carries preppy sundresses and blouses (skirtinaround.com). You won’t go hungry, either. A Taste of Britain relocated from Devon and has a charming tea service, lunch and dinner (easyelegance.net), and The Silverspoon is a farm-to-table BYOB (silverspooncafe-catering.com). 503 West Lancaster Avenue, Wayne, theshopsofsev.com.
