The Garces Foundation Summer Barbecue Is On


For the third year in a row, the Garces Foundation is throwing a big party out on chef Jose Garces’s Luna Farm in Ottsville, Bucks County.

The event will be happening on Saturday, September 10 from 1pm-4pm, and tickets will run $75 per person, $35 for kids between the ages of 5 and 12, and it’s free for children under five.

Activities at the Garces Foundation summer BBQ include:

· Live music from American Deluxe

· Vodka infusion workshops with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, which include a take-home a jar of your own personally crafted infusion (Must be 21 and over)

· Make-and-take herb seed plantings.

· A cookbook signing by Jose Garces, where the chef will autograph copies of his cookbooks, The Latin Road Home and Latin Evolution

· Guided hiking trails: 20 minute walk around the 40-acre property

· Barbecue lunch provided by Garces Events and other local restaurants

· Rock the Roll Barbecue sauce samples

· Chaddsford Winery sangria station

· Scavenger hunt

· Refresh with Fiji water, beer, wine, specialty cocktails and lemonade
