Cheu Noodle Bar is opening in Fishtown.
Deep inside Craig LaBan’s multimedia extravaganza highlighting the food and drink of Fishtown and Kensington was this nugget:
Another developer’s property, the former Bike Stable, will become a larger version of Cheu Noodle Bar with an outdoor patio along Frankford by summer’s end.
The location is at 1420 Frankford Avenue, in between La Colombe and the Yachtsman. The building, which was originally a stable for police horses, is significantly larger than Cheu’s original location at 255 South 10th Street.
