New Brunch Menu, An Updated Bar Menu, and Other Additions at Ela
We told you about the new menus and additions chef Jason Cichonski rolled out at The Gaslight for the summer last week, so how’s about an update on the new things happening at his Ela this summer?
First up, drinks: Ela has added a $6 happy hour cocktail that changes daily, as well as a $4 summer menu staple, The Painkiller (white rum, coconut, pineapple, orange juice, falernum).
And on the subject of the bar, there are a few new items that have been added to Ela’s bar menu:
Grilled Cheese
camembert cheese, arugula, white peach mostardo on focaccia, with herbed potato chips
Grilled Chinese Broccoli Tips
basil, lime, thai peanut vinaigrette
Chickpea Fries
smoked tomato & goat cheese
New to Ela’s dinner menu:
Ela Chicken
Lancaster chicken, cornbread polenta, gem lettuce, peach mostardo, while grain mustard chips
Ela Crudo
Japanese Bass Crudo, Rhubarb Ponzu, Cucumber
But if you are more interested in heading over on a Sunday morning, check out the full new brunch menu they’ve just begun serving:
Happy hour runs 5 PM – 7 PM, Sundays through Thursdays, and brunch is served Sundays from 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM.
