Food truckers Mike Sultan, Carolyn Nguyen (Street Food Philly and Taco Mondo) and Alan Krawitz (Say Cheese) are partnering up to create Revolution Taco. The brick-and-mortar taco/burrito spot just won zoning approval at 2015 Walnut Street.

Attendees to the recently held Women Against Abuse’s Dish It Up event were able to taste Nguyen’s ability, as she won this year’s Purple Dish Award with a heckuva taco.

The zoning approval clears the way for the opening of the 30-seat BYOB. The trio is aiming for a grand opening in Mid-Summer.
