A Soup Sandwich Mashup

Tony Luke has launched the website foodmashups.com. The site is dedicated to you guessed it, food mashups. Today he released his second webisode, where chef Robert Legget of Guerilla Ultima BBQ shows how he makes his pho’wich, a melding of a reuben sandwich and a bowl of pho.

You can find Guerilla Ultima bouncing around town much of the week and on Sundays at Yards Brewing Co. on Delaware Avenue.

Tony Luke also tapped a local for his first episode. Roberta Pipito (homemadedelish.com) showed Tony how she makes her Brazilian Benedict.
