New Menu and Outdoor Dining at Avalon
Avalon in West Chester is kicking off spring with a brand new menu–and a new warm-weather courtyard in which to try it.
Chef John Brandt-Lee has officially launched his new spring menu, which features the rustic Italian cuisine that Avalon’s customers have come to expect. Highlights of the new board include: Spinach ricotta cavatelli with escargot, caramelized onions, hazelnuts, shaved gruyere and brown butter; fazzoletti in a pig cheek and mushroom ragu, and pan roasted rainbow trout with crab and mushroom panzanella and salsa verde.

As for the new courtyard, it’s a bi-level, covered patio with a fountain and, this year, wildflowers planted in all the beds.
