Amis Partners with Percy for Industry Night
The first Monday of every month is Amis’ industry night and this month Marc Vetri’s trattoria is teaming up withÂ Michael Solomonov and Percy Street Barbecue. Solomonov and chef Erin O’Shea will be preparing jalapeno cheddar corn bread, mac and cheese, chopped brisket sliders, and banana pudding. Amis’ chef Brad Spence will be serving braised black cabbage with turkey cotechino, strozzaprete salad with pickled eggs and celery, barbecued veal shoulder with pimenton agro dolce, and smokehouse apple brown betty.
Percy Street is also bringing an absolutely horrific sounding cocktail, Miller High Life, pickle juice, and BBQ sauce. Luckily there will also be Dale’s Pale Ale and Amis will be pouring Stoudts Oktoberfest and a spiced sweet tea and bourbon drink.
The event kicks off Monday, October 4th with free food from 10pm to 1am and drink specials from 10pm-2am. Tickets will NOT be needed for this event. Just bring a recent pay stub to show at the door.
If this month’s event is only half as great as last month’s industry night, it will still be a great time.
