The chef hosts a cooking demo at the National Constitution Center
The Colosseum, the U.S. Constitution, and cooking apparently do have something in common. Chef Jean-Marie Lacroix (formerly of The Rittenhouse Hotel’s renowned Lacroix, now a partner in Max & Me Caterers) will give a cooking demonstration and tasting at the National Constitution Center on Wednesday, June 30 in conjunction with their current Ancient Rome & America exhibit.
