Industry Night at Amis
Monday, Amis throws an industry night. From 11pm to 1am 6 or 7 dishes from the menu plus some desserts will be placed on the kitchen counter and be made available to anyone who works in the restaurant business. A pay stub will be required as proof.
It’s a one-time event as of now but Marc Vetri and the gang will be monitoring what kind of response the night gets.
