Seems like today is post French menus day at Foobooz. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Terrine – Crispy head cheese terrine in filo dough, petite salad $8

Soupe – Soup of the day $7

Escargots – Small ragout with fava beans and mushrooms flavored with tarragon $12

Salade – Scottish smoked salmon and green lentils salad $10

Foie Gras – Pan seared foie gras, seasonal fruit fricassee, Port wine and cassis reduction $15
