Chef Chosen for Starr’s Parc

Michael Klein is reporting that Dominique Filoni, formerly of Savona, is going to be the executive chef at Parc. A friend of ours stuck his head into Parc the other day (which we’ve been trying to do for months and that thing is shut up tighter than Fort Knox) and said the tile’s being installed and that it’s gorgeous. Actually what he really said was ‘It’s gorgeous – sort of like if Balthazar and Pastis had a baby.”
