Celek Leaves With Knee Sprain

A lot of activity around the tight end position these days.

Brent Celek left practice early with what the team is calling a mild right knee sprain. He only got in a couple reps before disapperaring. If you’re looking for good news, at least it’s not his hip, which he had surgery on this offseason.

The Eagles showed interest in Jeremy Shockey already this offseason, per a league source. If they need to go to a Plan B or want someone to push backup Clay Harbor, that option is still on the table.
