Pastry chef Christina McKeough and the team behind the new High Street–helmed bakery build their heavenly bricks with toasted cereal, brown butter, tahini, and good vanilla. They’re flecked with toasted black and white sesame seeds, wrapped in brown paper, and stacked like gold amid a bounty of equally delicious treats in the pastry display.
