Tom Baker of Earth Bread + Brewery is brewing here, turning out an ever-rotating selection of Belgian wits, milk stouts and saisons. And the kitchen isn’t slacking off, either, with a concise but comprehensive menu offering everything from wagyu sirloin steak and scalloped potatoes to Berkshire pulled pork sandwiches with bacon Dijon and yucca fries, quinoa veggie sliders and fried chicken thighs.
