Well, if you need another reason to visit the shore this summer, we’ve got one for you. Exhale Spa — the wellness hub beloved by urbanites and celebrities alike — is opening a new location at the Hyatt-affiliated Ocean Resort Casino in Atlantic City.

Yes, this may be about an hour away from Philly, but we’re totally down to make the drive. Why? Exhale is essentially an uber-chic gym, a boutique fitness studio, and a spa paradise all under one roof. And this particular location is going to be massive.

“We are excited to bring the full Exhale wellbeing experience to Ocean Resort Casino this summer,” said Exhale founder and CEO Annbeth Eschbach in a press release. “Exhale will provide the resort and local community with a central sanctuary for transformation, rejuvenation, and social connection.”

At 40,000 square feet, Exhale Atlantic City will feature a fitness center with high-end Technogym equipment. You’ll also be able to take their well-known boutique fitness classes, from barre to cardio to HIIT to yoga to floating meditation. Personally, we’d go for the barre classes — Exhale’s barre gurus Fred DeVito and Elisabeth Halfpapp are considered by many to be the leading experts on barre certifications.

And then, once you’ve sweated it out in classes, you’ll hit the 31-room spa, where they’ll offer everything from micro-current facials to acupuncture to detoxifying scrubs. The spa will be attached to a 3,000-square-foot co-ed bathhouse where you can chill out in a salt grotto, unwind in a heated pool or steam room, and sip drinks from the bathhouse bar. Doesn’t that sound nice?

Exhale is slated to open this month at the new Ocean Casino Resort, 500 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, New Jersey. Now, who’s ready for a wellness road trip to the shore?
