We love how many outdoor workouts pop up around Philly during the warmer months. I mean, working up a sweat while soaking up some sun? Yes, please.

One of the outdoor workouts topping our list this season? KG Strong‘s pop-ups at Bok Bar. KG Strong is owned and operated by Katie Gould, a Best of Philly award-winning trainer, strength training coach, and yoga teacher. Now, Gould has teamed up with Bok to create an awesome fitness calendar, rooftop-style.

This year’s pop-up series will kick off on May 29 with the Sunset Chakra Yoga Series. Some of Philly’s best yoga teachers — like Ashely Rufo, Dave Hem, Daniel Cordua, Gould, and more — will lead the bi-monthly sessions taking place on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. These rooftop stretch sessions will run through September, and all you need to bring is your mat, water, and $10 (the suggested donation), plus a little extra cash for drinks at the rooftop bar afterwards. The best part? Every month, 30 percent of the class suggested donation will go to a local South Philly non-profit organization, starting with the Garces Foundation. Ready to register? Nab a spot here.

But that’s not all! KG Strong’s signature Old School Gym Class will be moving up to the rooftop at Bok Bar on Sundays at 12:30 p.m., starting on June 10. Expect a high-energy, bootcamp-style workout chock full of push-ups, planks, sprints, and more, all for $10. And last but not least, Gould’s rooftop Yoga Breakfast Club is scheduled on the last Sunday of every month, starting June 24 at 11 a.m. The session will start with an hour-long vinyasa flow, followed by a refueling session of mimosas and pastries. You can sign up for the gym class and breakfast club events here.

Here’s to a sweaty but oh-so-fun summer spent workout out on rooftops!
