Route for Tomorrow’s Be Well Philly Cross-Training Run

Raise your hand if you’re excited about tomorrow’s Be Well Philly Cross-Training Run with Unite Fitness and Philadelphia Runner! I couldn’t be more psyched with the 100-person-strong crew we’ve managed to round up on Facebook. Hope you’ll be able to join us—the weather is going to be terrific for a post-work jog!

As I mentioned before, the run with start at Unite Fitness and end at AGNO Grill, where the lovely co-owner Kriti Sehgal has agreed to let over 100 sweaty Be Wellers take over her space for the evening. We’ll hang there afterwards, sipping free Vita Coco Coconut Waters, munching some free KIND Bars, and enjoying a hefty discount on AGNO’s yummy food.

But how, exactly, will we get there? Glad you asked! Our friends at Unite Fitness sent over the route, and I wanted to post it here since some of you have asked what it’ll entail. We’ll stop at each of the locations below to do a round of quick boot-camp-like exercises (burpees, pushups, tuck jumps, etc.) before continuing to the next location. Here’s how we’ll get to AGNO:

Unite Fitness -> Love Park -> Logan Circle -> Rodin Musuem -> Art Museum Steps -> Schuylkill Banks -> Rittenhouse Square -> AGNO
