To Do: Atlantic City International Triathlon

Three events, one day—in A.C.

Now in its second year, the Atlantic City Triathlon will offer two distance options: an international distance race, which consists of a one-mile swim, 20-mile bike ride and 10K run; and a sprint-distance race, with a quarter-mile swim, 10-mile bike ride, and 5K run. For both races, the swim will take place in the (safe!) harbors of Atlantic City’s back bay, the bike will be along the Atlantic City Expressway, and the run will be on the Atlantic City Boardwalk.

The triathlon will start at Bader Field in Atlantic City on Saturday, September 15th at 7 a.m. This year, the race will be operating in conjunction with the Atlantic City Seafood Festival. Good thing, because there’s no question of whether you’ll be working up an appetite during this race. For more information and to register, visit the event website.

$100 to $190, depending ond distance, Saturday, September 15 at 7 a.m., Bader Field on Crossan Ave, Atlantic City, NJ.
