It’s that simple, period. Keep fresh fruit or a few servings of nuts (pack them separately in little baggies so you aren’t tempted to scarf down a few servings at once) at your desk to snack on rather than hitting the vending machine up for a sugar and saturated fat nightmare when your stomach starts growling a few hours after lunch.
