Philly’s sweet tooth was devastated when, after seven years scooping creamy, scratch-made ice cream, Zsa’s was slated to close for good at the end of 2025. Then, like Magic Shell, new plans formed when seasoned pastry chef Liz Yee took over the biz earlier this year. Swing by the mural-adorned shop for staples like the tart and refreshing lemon buttermilk or the salty and sweet double chocolate peanut butter. Trust us: You’ll want to take home a few pints.
