Profile

At Bindi, inspiration comes from Bombay by way of Brooklyn, with the most successful dishes being vaguely exotic translation of hearty American fare, like puffs of fried dough filled with five-spice scented duck and sweet potato spiked with cumin-like ajwain, or well-balanced short-rib vindaloo. Cocktail mixers based on mango, ginger, pomegranate and cardamom can be fortified with BYO vodka and rum.

I love Indian food and I love creative fusion food but soggy food is not something I like! This place was very disappointing. We went on a slow weeknight while it was rainy. The food came out promptly but was either bland (by Indian standards) or wilted and the chaat was soggy! This place is all hype. I will not get dragged there again! Don't bother going if you actually like Indian food.
