Gown Trend We’re Loving for Spring: Feathers

They may be all the rage for spring, but we’ve loved feathered wedding gowns long before the runways were full of ’em. What’s not to like? They’re playful, whimsical and perfect for partying, and that sounds like an ideal combination for a wedding dress if you ask us.

And we’re not the only ones who feel that way: The Spring 2016 bridal collections were brimming with feathery frocks (thanks, especially, to designers like Lela Rose, Kelly Faetanini, Jenny Packham and Ysa Makino). From full-on feathered skirts to delicate feather embellishments, the trend is showing up in a variety of forms, and we’re totally on board.

We’re so enamored with the feathered look that you’ll see our love for them in the upcoming Philadelphia Wedding issue out in December. Until then, here’s a peek at a few of our favorite feathered looks for Spring 2016.
