We here at PW often turn to our buds over at Be Well Philly for fab health, nutrition and fitness tips and advice we know will help our brides in their quest to get in dress-ready shape for the Big Day—and so we wanted to tip you ladies off to this weekly Be Well series that will make sure you never lack for an awesome workout at your fingertips, even on days that you’re not able to get to the gym or class.
It’s called BeWOW, and each one gives you a workout, plus a detailed how-to so you can figure out what the heck you’re supposed to be doing. And what’s cool is that the workouts all focus on different things: one week, it’s arms, one week it’s abs, then it switches to a running workout and after that it’ll one for which you need to grab your jump rope. Suffice it say, you won’t be bored.
The workouts come from trainer Audrey McKenna Hasse, a Philly trainer and owner of A.M. Fit, a personal health and fitness consultation service based on the Main Line, who has even contributed to the pages of Philadelphia Wedding before with her amazing workouts.
