City Council to Hold More Redistricting Hearings
Responds to pressure from NAACP
City Council has announced that it will hold two additional public hearings in the on-going effort to redistrict the city. A meeting for August 16th had already been on the books, but now an additional two hearings—the locations of which have not been announced—have been added in response to pressure from the NAACP to increase public access to the redistricting process.
