Barre Focus Fitness in University City is celebrating its one-year anniversary this weekend, with free classes on Friday to celebrate. The studio is offering two gratis barre-yoga-Pilates combo classes on Friday at 4:15 and 5:30 p.m. The 60-minute sessions promise to “sculpt your arms, flatten your abs, lift your seat and firm your legs, with non-impact, dynamic exercises which target and overload each muscle group.” They’re also promising food, giveaways and more, which means this is a total no-brainer.
