Woah. Are we really sure this is a trinity? This expansive house on the 1900 block of Waverly Street in Rittenhouse is far from the snug, compact and charmingly cramp compartment houses that we’ve come to know and adore. Guess what? We’re more than okay with that.

First of all, the kitchen is at street level and not in the bunker of a basement. Because of this, there is plenty of natural light and space. Hell, it has a dining area and regular sized appliances. To top it off, it comes with radiant heat floors.

Probably the most telling aspect about the homes’ size

is that there are two and a half bathrooms–each of the fulls have a full size tub and are actually en suites to two bedrooms upstairs. The bedroom on the second floor as enough room for a washer/dryer cabinet and shows a huge bed with tall four-post frame–showoff! The third floor bedroom has a spacious bath and its very own walk-in closet. It’s incredible, especially when you consider the home is still only 882 square-feet.

The living area features a fireplace that doesn’t take up the entire space and is, therefore, useful and not simply ornamental. Imagine that! It leads to a spacious rear garden that looks like a great place to relax.
