A lot of people are wondering whether the region’s 4th of July festivities will get rained out by Hurricane Arthur, or whatever it will be called by the time it gets up here. And on Thursday afternoon, two Jersey Shore towns announced that their fireworks would be postponed.

Ocean City and Atlantic City have moved their fireworks from Friday, July 4th to Sunday, July 6th. While Philadelphia’s 4th of July concert and fireworks aren’t expected to be affected by the storm, the situation at the Jersey Shore could be much different.
