Woman Says Fake Cops Pulled Her Over on I-95
A woman says that she was pulled over on I-95 near the Cottman Avenue exit in the Northeast on Wednesday morning by two men pretending to be police officers. She claims that two men were in a white Buick LeSabre or Ford Crown Victoria with flashing lights. When they pulled her over, she says they tried to drag her out of the car.
