Philly Man Thinks Jerry Sandusky Is Going to Kill Him [UPDATE]
A Philadelphia man—who says he is the relative of a former Wisconsin Badger football player—has filed a preliminary injunction seeking a restraining order against former Penn State football coach and convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky. The man alleges that Sandusky attempted to grab his genitals while he was using a urinal inside Wisconsin’s Camp Randall Stadium during a Penn State game in 2002. He also alleges that Sandusky threatened to kill him if he told anyone about the incident and claims to have told his relative, then-head coach Barry Alvarez, and others about it immediately after it happened. He’s now seeking a restraining order because he believes that Sandusky—who will likely spend the rest of his life in jail—is going to kill him. [Deadspin]
UPDATE: The return address listed on the motion is that of Helium Comedy Club on Sansom Street. We called over and a manager said that there’s no residential apartments or anything that share their address and that they’re not sure how they ended up involved in the matter. The manager said that someone might have written an address wrong, but that, “no one [at Helium] got raped by Jerry Sandusky.”
