Don’t Masturbate and Drive on the Blue Route

Last week, a man was pulled over on I-476 after two 13-year-old girls and a 40-year-old woman allegedly saw him masturbating while he was driving. They called the police, who were able to pull the man over before he, um, finished. [Daily News]

So, Philadelphia, please remember to abide by these two, vital, penis-related rules:

1.) Don’t send/show people unsolicited pictures of your genitalia.

2.) Don’t masturbate while you’re driving.
