Everyone and Their Brothers Are Moving to Philadelphia

So, you think traffic on the Schuylkill sucks now? Well, recent projections from the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission indicate that we should expect an 11.3 percent population increase in the Philadelphia area between 2010 and 2040.
