DA to Announce Decision on Mumia

The U.S. Supreme Court overruled convicted cop-killer Mumia Abu-Jamal’s death sentence. Now, Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams is ready to declare whether or not the city will appeal the ruling. If the ruling is not appealed, Mumia will serve a life term without the possibility of parole. The announcement will be this afternoon. [FOX 29]
