Pronger Good to Go for Season Opener?

Yes, the Phillies are a game away from clinching the division and yes, the Eagles hopped out to a 1-0 start on Sunday but, there is a third major sports franchise in town (Sorry, Sixers) and the Flyers are less than a month away from opening up the 2011-12 campaign. Much of the talk this offseason has been regarding the team’s drastic makeover and whether or not the proposed captain—defenseman Chris Pronger—will be ready to go on October 6th in Boston.
