The FBI has detained a Maryland teenager for allegedly conspiring to solicit money and recruits in the plan hatched by Montco’s Jihad Jane a few years back. Kids are flash mobbing, blowing up mail carts, and assisting high school dropouts in carrying out jihad attacks.
