Republican Candidate in Philly for the Fourth. First, Sarah Palin came to admire the birthplace of the U.S. Constitution. Now, candidate Herman Cain. “The pizza guy” admits he has some name recognition issues. [WHYY]

Penn State Is Expensive. The U.S. Department of Education says the Central PA school has the highest in-state tuition. A spokesman for the university says that cost-cutting measures might allow PSU to offer more “moderate to low, tuition increases.” That’s reassuring. [CBS 3]
