The group's first full-on concept album will have a classical mix
Now that they’ve wrapped their fourth annual Roots Picnic, ?uestlove and company have announced plans for a new studio album. The album, partly inspired by some recent collaborations with classical musicians, will feature hip-hop beats typically associated with the Roots mixed with classical chamber music more often linked to dead white guys.
