Don’t Get Too Comfy, Boy Scouts. Real-estate investor Mel Heifetz wants to buy the controversial Boy Scouts HQ for more money than the Scouts have proposed. If he successfully purchases the property, Heifetz will donate it to a gay group. [Daily News]
