Best of Philly 2007: Lemonade

Lemonade

It’s the lime that makes this lemonade sing — just a squeeze of green to balance out the sunny concoction. Served casually in to-go cups at the Navy Yard’s Urban Outfitters-hip cafeteria, Frog at the Yard, this take on the summer-day drink is heavy on the citrus and light on the sugar, making it healthier and brighter than most. A bonus: The tart edge of this thirst-quencher, like the acidity in many food-friendly wines, makes it a great mtach for the cafeteria’s stir-fries and salads.
