Taste: Lazy Spoon

In his workshop near Allentown, Jonathan Simons carves cherry-wood into shapely kitchen utensils. It’s his hardworking “lazy” collection we—and Rachael Ray—like best. The spoons, ladles and spootles (that’s somewhere between a spoon and a spatula) are notched to balance neatly on the edges of pots and serving bowls.
