Makers of the Main Line is a formatted profile section offering a behind-the-scenes look at leading business owners making an impact on the Main Line region. Each profile features an individual and includes a professional photo of the taken by our team, a Q&A with the featured individual and business contact information. Please look through the deadlines below closely and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Important Deadlines

July 12th: Fill out this brief form as soon as possible, or no later than the 12th. We’ll be in touch promptly with interview questions and to schedule your photoshoot. Note: Hair and makeup will not be provided. While we will edit your photo for lighting, photoshop is not included. An additional fee will be charged for photoshop requests.

July 19th: After your photoshoot, keep an eye out for an email from the photographer with a few photo options to choose from. The photographer will send us an edited version of your final choice. We need all your final materials by end of day on the 19th, including your interview responses and your photo pick. Once we have your materials we’ll get to work making your profile.

July 29th: Expect to receive a proof of your profile by this week. You’ll have about 48 hours to review the profile with your team and provide us any edits and feedback. We can make up to two rounds of changes to your profile.

August 2nd: Final sign-off on your profile is due by end of day.

August 30th: The issue is on sale! Make sure to check out the Faces of Family Businesses special section to see your profile and other local businesses making an impact on the community.

NOTE: A cancellation less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled photo shoot will incur a $300 cancellation fee. When the photographer arrives and finishes shooting, you will be required to select your desired photo on-site with them. Only 1 photo may be selected and that will be the photo used in your advertisement. Each advertiser is entitled to one round of photo retouches. Additional retouching will incur fees.*
