The Honeygrow Test Kitchen — Honeygrow’s first Fishtown location, initially known as hg + mg Test Kitchen — is set to open on Monday, October 1st. The marquee sign is up at their pickup window on Front Street between Oxford Street and Columbia Avenue, the opening menu has been set, and we’ve got the details on their October 5th opening party.
To start, customers can place orders between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. for pickup at the test kitchen via the Honeygrow app or get orders delivered via Caviar. Dinner hours will start in the next few weeks.
On Friday, October 5th, the Honeygrow Test Kitchen will host an opening party from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. with food, drinks, and giveaways: the first 100 guests will receive a voucher for a free dish to use on the Honeygrow app during regular hours, with all guests after the first 100 to receive a voucher good for a discount on the app. They’ll serve samples of dishes and free sips from Stateside Vodka, La Colombe, Powers whiskey, Original 13 Cider, Yards Brewing Co., and Inspired Brews kombucha.
