The Bourse Marketplace Confirms Four More Tenants

They're adding coffee, tea, and more concepts from the D.C. area.

The long-awaited Bourse Marketplace just announced four new tenants.

One is Menagerie Coffee, the third-wave coffee spot whose flagship is just a few blocks away in Old City near 3rd and Market Streets. And West Chester, Pa.-based Pure Blend Tea will offer loose-leaf blends made with fair trade, organic teas and matchas.

The other new vendors are imports from the D.C. area: Abunai Poke will offer quick-serve poke bowls and Hawaiian dishes, and Washington’s Social Restaurant Group will open the second location of its new Rebel Taco concept (the first is set to debut in Virginia this spring).

That brings a total of confirmed Bourse Marketplace restaurant tenants to 18; the space, which is set to reopen this summer, will host 27 food and drink vendors in addition to four anchor tenants at the corners of the building.
