New Menus (And Cheap Tuesday Pizzas) At Bufad
See that pie up there? That’s the rabbit ragu pizza from Bufad’s new fall menu–just launched in conjunction with a whole bunch of other new stuff that Bufad has been rolling out recently.
It’s a lovely thing, that pizza. And it joins other like the spaghetti squash pie with chiles, oregano, ricotta, pangrattato and a baked egg; a fall vegetable salad with kale (because everything still has to come with kale), and a full spread of Roman pizzas. And the new menu is just a start.
If you’re feeling hungry, Bufad is also now offering the L’abbuffata–their namesake Italian feast. It’s a five-course, family-style meal that they let go for $25 per person. One catch? The whole thing is chef’s choice. But seriously, if you’re gonna trust someone in this town to cook for you, the crew at Bufad ain’t a bad choice.
Bufad is also doing a Meatless Midweek menu–a four-course vegan meal for two offered every Wednesday night. It’s $35 per couple and the week’s menu is posted every Wednesday morning on the Bufad Facebook page.
Finally, you can still get an $8 margherita pizza every Tuesday night. Dine-in or carryout. And while it’s not the best deal around, it’s still a damn good one, and something to keep in mind for, you know, tomorrow night’s dinner.
