Graduate Hospital Is Getting a New Cafe

Graduate Hospital’s Beauty Shop Cafe will be replaced by The Gold Standard Cafe. The Gold Standard has an existing location at 48th and Baltimore where the cafe serves coffee, breakfast bites, sandwiches and even burgers. The location at 20th and Fitzwater doesn’t have a hood so its unlikely the new spot will offer as extensive a menu.

The Beauty Shop Cafe closed abruptly in May as it was sold to the Farmers’ Cabinet team who were planning their own coffee shop. It never opened under their management and has been vacant since.

A call to the Gold Standard didn’t reveal any more details but we’re looking for a call back.
