Crime: West Philly Restaurants Burglarized

Rx The Farmacy and Pho & Cafe Saigon both had their front doors smashed in within a day of each other. It isn’t clear if the West Philadelphia burglaries are related. $50 was stolen from the cash register at Pho & Cafe Saigon. It isn’t clear yet what, if anything was taken from the new Rx.
