Check Out the Menu for Manayunk’s Bisou
Clark Gilbert has fully converted his Italian restaurant, Gemelli on Main into Bisou (friendly kiss), a French bistro. This week, a wall of kisses was installed and the new menu was finalized.
The menu is anchored withFrench bistro classics like French onion soup, escargot and steak frittes. Other dishes include scallops with crispy pork belly and parmesan risotto and rainbow trout with warm lentils, marcona almonds, balsamic brown butter. For those who cannot let go of Gemelli, a pasta with veal bolognese remains.
