Frohman’s Wursthaus Is Off the Table

Jose Garces confirmed to Craig LaBan that the Iron Chef’s brats and beer concept, Frohmans Wursthaus is kaput. The long delayed project was to take over Letto Deli on 13th Street.But the concept has been shelved because Garces has too many other projects in the mix. Looks like Garces’ next Philadelphia project will be his small showplace restaurant in the Kimmel Center. That’s slated to land sometime in 2013.
